Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Sellvela is a software service operated by Bawa Ecom LLC, a limited liability company registered in Florida, United States. Contact: support@example.com.

Sellvela is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by eBay Inc., CJDropshipping or AliExpress.

2. The service

Sellvela helps online sellers find products, estimate margins, create eBay listings, place orders with suppliers and send tracking numbers, through the official APIs of these platforms.

The service is intended for professional sellers acting for the purposes of their business. By creating an account, you confirm that you use it for business purposes and that you are at least 18 years old.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at support@example.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

You authorize Sellvela to act on your connected eBay and supplier accounts only to perform the actions you request or enable (publishing listings, updating quantities, placing and paying supplier orders with your supplier balance, sending tracking numbers). You can disconnect these accounts at any time.

4. Your responsibilities as a seller

You remain the seller of record. You are solely responsible for complying with eBay's policies (including its dropshipping, VeRO and product safety policies), consumer protection, tax, customs and product safety laws in every country where you sell, and for your relationship with your buyers and suppliers.

Sellvela includes safeguards (margin threshold, protected brand filter, daily listing limits, loss protection on orders), but these are aids, not guarantees. You must review your listings and orders.

5. No guarantee of results

Prices, fees, stock and delivery times come from third parties and can change at any time. Margin estimates are estimates. Sellvela does not guarantee any sales, profit or the continued availability of eBay, supplier or payment services.

6. Plans, trial and payment

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. When a trial is offered, new customers get one 3-day trial for $0.99, charged at sign-up; the plan you chose is charged at the end of the trial unless you cancel before. Without a trial, the plan is charged at sign-up.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice by email.

Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Affiliate program

Affiliates earn a commission on payments made by the customers they refer, as shown in their account. Commissions become payable after a 30-day refund period and are paid once the balance reaches the minimum shown. Self-referrals, fraud, spam and misleading advertising void all commissions. We may change or end the program with 30 days' notice; commissions already earned remain due.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Sellvela to sell counterfeit, illegal or prohibited items, to infringe intellectual property, to source from retailers whose terms or eBay's policies forbid it, to overload or reverse engineer the service, or to access another user's data.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or puts other users, platforms or Sellvela at risk. You may close your account at any time by writing to support@example.com.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is". Bawa Ecom LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, lost sales, account suspensions by third-party platforms, or supplier failures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we will notify you of material changes by email at least 15 days in advance. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have under the law of your country.
